Ingredients:
3 lb ground beef
2 can chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, Green Chili Jack, or Jalapeno Jack
1 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 jar salsa
8 x hamburger buns
Directions:
Mix ingredients together except salsa. Shape into 8 patties and grill on hot coals until desired doneness. Serve on buns. Top with salsa.
