Legend Says . . .
...that cheese was "discovered" by an Arab merchant crossing the desert who was pleased to find that the milk he'd carried all day in a pouch had transformed into his dinner. It had curdled into thin, watery whey and thick curds.
We're happy to report that cheese making is a little more scientific today, although the process is still very similar. |
